This investment was made through the group’s managed funds, Cap Hospitality IV and Cap Hospitality V, managed by the portfolio management company Hôtel Investissement Capital.

“We are very pleased to complete this ‘real estate and business operations’ transaction in a Parisian market that continues to massively attract investors, accounting for nearly one in two transactions in France last year. The Pavillon Monceau is a beautiful freestone asset located in a strategic area. Paris remains an essential international brand and one of the true driving forces of hospitality and tourism in Europe,” stated Suzanne Todd, Director of Hôtel Investissement Capital (HIC).
