The Hotel de la Paix became the Silky

After €1.5m of works that lasted 7 months, the anonymous Grand Hotel de la Paix became the Silky, a trendy boutique hotel. The repositioning allowed the turnover and the EBIT to be doubled within 4 years.

Developing the EBITDA of the Hôtel Cardinal through management

Honotel’s expertise in turnover development, coupled with the implementation of management standards, enabled the Hôtel Cardinal to achieve a 59% increase in turnover and a three-fold increase in EBITDA in two years without a repositioning programme.

Since the creation of Honotel, we have managed more than 90 hotels in different markets and different economic and social contexts. While the fundamentals and market trend in the hotel industry are good, the market alternates record years and years marked by particular contexts.
