After €1.5m of work lasting 7 months, the anonymous Grand Hotel de la Paix has become the Hôtel Silky, a trendy boutique hotel. The repositioning has doubled turnover and gross operating income in 4 years.

Developing the Hotel Cardinal’s EBITDA through management
Honotel’s expertise in developing turnover coupled with the implementation of management standards has enabled the Hotel Cardinal to achieve a 59% growth in turnover and a 3-fold increase in EBITDA in 2 years without a repositioning programme.
