Strongly committed to attracting and retaining talent, Honotel supports hoteliers under management contracts in organizing their human resources. The Happy Culture brands are visible on social networks (Welcome the Jungle) and present on traditional recruitment media. The group provides its operators with all the tools to manage applications and distribute job offers. Honotel supports owners in the management of their establishment by helping them, through audits, to define their strategic needs in terms of talent training and technical skills correlated to their business challenges. This training policy aims to reinforce the feeling of belonging of the employees and to standardize the level of requirements of the Happy Culture brand and the Honotel franchisees. Specific career paths have been set up for executives and managers.

As a partner of the operators in the daily management of their hotel, Honotel provides them with the necessary technical support (management of schedules and payroll, telephone assistance and legal advice) and the regulatory framework in terms of social and labor law. In September 2021, Honotel received Great Place to Work certification for all of its hotels under management contract, which rewards the best companies to work for each year.
